All In PM Prep — November 2025 Cohort Policy & Expectations Agreement

Please carefully review the following expectations and indicate your agreement to the terms outlined below.

1. Attendance As a student, I will...

• Attend all scheduled classes promptly and consistently. • Notify us via email in advance if you need to miss a class. • A maximum of three missed classes is permitted.

2. Engagement
As a student, I will...

• Ensure your camera is on during all classes to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
• Follow the weekly schedule diligently. If challenges arise, communicate with us promptly for guidance and support.

3. Coaching Calls
As a student, I will...

• Actively participate in all post-class coaching calls as they are a key component of the program.
• Maintain a positive, constructive attitude during these calls.
• Share your insights, opinions, and experiences to enhance the learning experience for yourself and others.
• Coaching calls are interactive and depend on your active engagement and contributions.

4. Commitment
As a student, I will...

• Commit to preparing for and completing the PMP exam within 15 weeks of starting the program.
• Attendance at all post-class coaching calls is mandatory.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Policy & Expectations Agreement. I understand that these guidelines are in place to ensure a successful and productive experience for all participants. By signing, I commit to these expectations throughout the program.
